Our High School youth ministry takes a very different approach to “Youth Group.” We are a youth group of Small Groups!  
We know that this kind of structure is on the cutting edge youth ministry. Small groups facilitate close friendships and lasting support for each student as well as hold one another accountable for their personal spiritual growth. This format will help our youth to make an impact for Jesus in their world, without overloading their already busy schedules.
Not all groups will be the same. Some groups might go fishing every week while others may tan at the pool, or serve together in some way. The groups remain fun and have a newcomer friendly atmosphere as well feeding the spiritual needs of students throughout the week.

Groups will meet at least 3 weeks of the month for their activity to include a time of prayer and devotion. All groups meet together once a moth at ENCORE as well as once a month large group activity.

Group Leaders will be held to a very high standard. While we do not anticipate the “perfect” leader they will be held accountable for their spiritual growth, their group as well as how well they communicate with students and their parents. Leaders will be identified by Character, Competency and pass Clearance of a background check. We understand the importance of security when it comes to our teens and we take every precaution to keep them safe and well cared for.
