Children (birth through 5th grade) enjoy attending Christian Education classes during all worship services. Our Christian Education program teaches Biblical truths to kids in a fun and caring atmosphere that promotes building relationships with Christ-centered leaders and other children. Compelling Bible storytelling, lively worship music and creative crafts and games help to reinforce the lessons. In addition to weekly class time, our goal is to partner with families in an “Intentional Faith at Home” initiative to guide children to a relationship with Jesus Christ as they grow.
Middle School Students in grades six through eight are making decisions that will have a profound effect on the rest of their lives. Our middle school program is designed to place these students in relationship with Christ centered caring adults that can help guide those decisions. In addition to our weekly Sunday morning program, students are provided with opportunities throughout the week to connect with Christ, mentors, and friends, building a Christ centered community for fellowship, growth and support.
High School Students are being pulled in many different directions in today’s fast paced culture. Boyfriends and girlfriends, school work, extracurricular activities, and family are all competing for their time and attention. “I have to have a job so I can afford a car so I can go places and have even more to do.” The average teen has very little room in their life for a relationship with God. At Suncoast Community Church we want to provide a place where teens can get something that they can’t get anywhere else. The world can give them entertainment and activity, but it cannot give them the truth about God and His Word.
Life Groups are a small group of people who meet on a regular basis to study, support, encourage, and pray together.
